Neuro = Neurology. The brain and the mind. Our thoughts and emotions, memories and experiences. The information that we store in our mind and how it affects our nervous system.
Linguistics = Language. How we use language internally and externally. How we communicate says a lot about what is happening in our neurology. What kind of language do you use to communicate with yourself, your internal world? What language do you use to communicate with the outside world? How you think is just as important as how you communicate with the outside world.
Programming = Your operating system. How your thoughts, experiences and feelings affect your mind and body. How you react, how you respond, how you express yourself. Hypnotherapy is a mind-body intervention that uses a state of relaxation to help people be more suggestible to change.
